Angela Tilby argues that Parishes can say ‘no’ to new Monster Schemes

Angela Tilby points out that these schemes have failed before and parishes can say no. There are other ways of trying to reinvigorate the rural parish system without resorting to creating large groups of churches which may have different theologies and priorities. The problem is lack of priests in the community and not lack of money in the Church.
